From a Globe and Mail story, 3 Feb 12:

“Ms. Finley insisted plans to change OAS rules have nothing to do with erasing the deficit, a point Finance Minister Jim Flaherty also made on Thursday in a conference call with journalists from Israel.”

So did the conference call orginate in Israel, or do Israeli journalists have great interest in Canadian pensions? (More precisely, what does “from Israel” describe in the text…the journalists, the conference call, or the Minister of Finance?)
